Abstract / Description

At service design firm Moxie, Catherine Collins collaborates with nonprofits and companies focused on positive impact to understand what matters to their stakeholders and to act on that research. Previous collaborations range from understanding the experience employees at U.S. Bank Stadium have with homelessness, scaling Service Design at Cardinal Health, to re-imaging benefits with early childhood educators in Vermont.
